This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Measure of His Reach.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Pipin in The Lochs to begin the quest.

Ala Mhigo

Use the Duty Finder or Duty Support to enter Ala Mhigo. Please see the Ala Mhigo Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in Ala Mhigo and exit the area, there will be a cutscene.

The Royal Menagerie

Use the Duty Finder to enter The Royal Menagerie. Please see the The Royal Menagerie Guide for a walkthrough.

After you complete the duty in The Royal Menagerie and exit the area, there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room. Be sure to watch the post-credits scenes as well.

Speak with Lyse

Talk to Lyse to proceed.

Speak with Alphinaud, M'naago, Raubahn, and Yugiri

Go to each quest icon on the map to talk to Alphinaud, M'naago, Raubahn, and Yugiri.

Speak with Lyse Again

Talk to Lyse and you will automatically go to Rhalgr's Reach.

Speak with Lyse in Rhalgr's Reach

Talk to Lyse to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Unlock Flying in The Lochs

"Stormblood" is the final quest for unlocking Aether Currents in The Lochs. If you have completed the other Aether Current quests and attuned to the Aether Currents in the field in this area (which you can find using the Aether Compass in Main Menu > Duty > Collection in this area) you will be able to fly in The Lochs.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Lyse in Rhalgr's Reach to accept the next quest: Arenvald's Adventure. There will be a cutscene.
