How to Defeat Neo Garula in "Noise Complaint"

Squash is a high-damage attack on the player highest in the enmity list.

Lightning Crossing places four lightning cone markers around the boss. Stand in one of the safe spaces between the lightning cones.

Heave is a wide cone attack from the front of the boss, but the attack marker only appears for a short time, just before the attack, so stand behind the boss when you see it cast Heave.

Eventually, the talking birds will surround the boss, and the boss will cast Agitated Groan, which inflicts damage on all participants.

The boss will cast Rushing Rumble, with four lightning cone markers around itself. Look for the bird on the outside of the area that has an exclamation mark above its head. The boss will charge toward that bird, then it will attack with Rumble, a large circle attack centered on the boss, and at the same time it will attack with the four lightning cone attacks. Stand far away from the bird with the exclamation mark, but also stand at an angle where you won't get hit by the boss's lightning cone attacks.

The next time the boss casts Agitated Groan, it follows up with Birdserk Rush, which is not accompanied by lightning cones. When the boss casts this, look for the bird with the exclamation mark, but this time, get close to that bird, because it will fly away from its original position, and the boss will use a large cone attack in the direction that the bird went. Stay near where the bird was, and get behind the boss as it turns to face the flying bird.

The boss will cast Lightning Charge, then three circle attack markers in a line will cover the center of the area. Stand to the side of this line of circle attack markers, but also make sure you are not standing in the path of the four lightning cones that appear around the boss. As soon as the lightning cones and circle attacks go off, go back into the center, because two lines of circle attacks appear on either side of where the center line was. At the same time, get as far away as possible from the proximity attack marker that appears. You will then need to dodge another four-cone lightning attack.

The next time the birds appear, the boss will cast Rushing Rumble Rampage, where it will perform a circle attack and a four-cone lightning attack each time it dashes toward a bird, which it will do multiple times before the attack is done.
