This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Price of Freedom.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Raubahn in The Peaks to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene. If you are no longer in the area near the quest marker, you can talk to the Ala Mhigan Resistance Gate Guard at Specula Imperatoris to return to this area.

Follow Raubahn

Go west across the bridge, then go southwest when you can. Eventually, you can go counterclockwise around a curve to reach the quest icon on the map. Talk to Raubahn to complete the quest.

Aether Current Quest

With the completion of this quest, you can now start the blue quest "Closing Up Shop" in The Peaks. Completing that quest will attune you to an Aether Current in this area.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Raubahn to accept the next quest: Liberty or Death. There will be a cutscene.
