After you defeat an attacker from Little Ala Mhigo, Hihibaru tells you to meet his daughter there to continue your investigation.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Where There Is Smoke.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hihibaru in Eastern Thanalan to begin the quest.

Speak with Hihira

There is an exit to Southern Thanalan if you go south from where you talked to Hihibaru. Check the map to see the quest marker.

When you arrive in Southern Thanalan, go toward the quest marker. You will need to enter Little Ala Mhigo from the east, west, or south. Attune to the Aetheryte there, then go to the quest marker to talk to Hihira.

Speak to Gundobald

Talk to Gundobald nearby to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, go northeast to the Little Ala Mhigo Aetheryte and talk to Gisilbehrt to accept the next quest: Tea for Three.
