While you wait for news of the sylph elder's whereabouts, Buscarron asks for a favor.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Spirited Away.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Buscarron in the South Shroud to start the quest.

Douse the Mead-Soaked Midlander

Go out by the southeast exit of Buscarron's Druthers to find the Mead-Soaked Midlander. Target him and use the Water-Filled Tub from the Key Items section of your inventory, or from the icon next to the quest name.

Report to Buscarron

Go back in and talk to Buscarron to complete the quest.

Optional: Attune to an Aetheryte

Before you continue, you might want to attune to an Aetheryte in the South Shroud. There is one to the east, in Quarrymill, and there is one to the south, in Camp Tranquil. This will make it easier to return to this area later.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 23 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 23, talk to Buscarron to accept the next quest: Never Forget.
