Now that you have completed your diplomatic mission to the sylphs, Minifilia wishes to meet with you.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Believe in Your Sylph.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Vorsaile Heuloix in the Adders' Nest in Gridania to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Tataru

Use a Vesper Bay Aetheryte Ticket (which you received after completing the quest The Scions of the Seventh Dawn) to return to Vesper Bay. Go into the northwest building and talk to Tataru.

Enter the Waking Sands

Go downstairs and enter the Waking Sands. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Minfilia

After the cutscene, enter the solar and speak with Minfilia.

Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets

Upon completion of the quest, you will receive 10 more Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets.

(If you are playing New Game+, you will not receive Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets.)

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Minfilia to accept the next quest: Shadow of Darkness. There will be a cutscene.
