Your accomplishments and abilities have gotten the attention of an organization known as The Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Into a Copper Hell.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Momodi in the Quicksand in Ul'dah to start the quest.

Go to the Waking Sands in Vesper Bay

This will be the first of many trips to Vesper Bay in Western Thanalan. You can use an aetheryte shard in Ul'dah to go to Western Thanalan, or you can teleport to Horizon if you have attuned to the aetheryte there. Vesper Bay is west of Horizon

When you arrive in Vesper Bay, enter the building where the quest icon is located, and talk to Tataru. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Scion of the Seventh Dawn

Afterward, go down the stairs and check on the Waking Sands Entrance. Inside, go straight ahead and talk to the Scion of the Seventh Dawn at the door. There will be a cutscene where the leader of the organization, Minfilia, explains who the Scions are and what they do. She will also tell you the secret password of the Scions: "wild rose".

Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets

Upon completion of the quest, you will receive 12 Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets. Using one of these will teleport you directly to Vesper Bay. Don't hesitate to use them whenever you are asked to return to the Waking Sands—it will happen a lot.

(If you are playing New Game+, you will not receive Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets.)

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Minfilia. To proceed with the quest, respond with "I will go whither the wild rose blooms." Then accept the quest A Wild Rose by Any Other Name. There will be a cutscene.
