Jalamuc asks you to go check on his colleague, who has not yet returned from Kadjaya's Footsteps.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Shadowed Footsteps.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Jalamuc at The Great Work in Thavnair to begin the quest.

Speak with the Black-Haired Hyur

Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Black-haired Hyur to proceed.

Inspect the Designated Locations

Go east to the orange circle in the minimap. Check on the three sparkling Destinations. One of the Destinations is at the south edge of the orange circle. One is at the northeast edge of the orange circle. One is in the north part of the circle.

Speak with the Black-Haired Hyur Again

Go southwest to the quest icon in the minimap and talk to the Black-haired Hyur to proceed.

Speak with Jalamuc

You can teleport to the Aetheryte at the Great Work, or just go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Jalamuc to complete the quest. Completing that quest will attune you to an Aether Current in Thavnair.
