Alphinaud asks you to return to Vesper Bay and assist the refugees in preparing to travel by carriage to Ul'dah.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Promises to Keep.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alphinaud in the Quicksand near the Adventurers' Guild aetheryte in Ul'dah to begin the quest.

Speak with Hozan

Use a Vesper Bay Aetheryte Ticket (which you received after completing the quest The Black Wolf's Ultimatum) to return to Vesper Bay. Talk to Hozan near the Waking Sands building to proceed.

Speak with Yozan

Go east and talk to Yozan.

Search for the Children

Go to the northeast of the orange circle on the map to find one of the children. Go onto the roof of the building in the southwest of the orange circle to find another of the children. Look behind the chocobo carriage in the southeast of the orange circle to find another of the children.

Speak with Hozan Again

Go back and talk to Hozan to complete the quest.
