Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Perfect Prey.

Starting the Quest

Talk to U'odh Nunh in the Forgotten Springs in Southern Thanalan to begin the quest.

Slay an Angler

Go east from the Forgotten Springs to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. You will see quest icons in the minimap showing where to find Anglers. Kill one to proceed.

Place the Carcass in Wellwick Worm Territory

Go southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, then dismount and target the sparkling Wellwick Worm Territory. Check on it and use the Rotting Angler from the Key Items section of your inventory, or use it via the icon next to the quest name in your list of active quests.

Lie in Wait for a Wellwick Worm

Go northeast and check on the purple glowing Wellwick Worm Territory. Kill the Wellwick Worm that attacks.

Present your Prize to U'odh Nunh

Go back to the Forgotten Springs and talk to U'odh Nunh to hand over the Wellwick Worm Meat and complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to U'odh Nunh to accept the next quest: There and Back Again.
