After you find Jifuya and learn more of Yotsuyu's past, you learn troubling news from Hien.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Elation and Trepidation.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hien in Yanxia to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hien at Castrum Fluminis

Teleport to Namai and go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Hien and there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Hien

Talk to Hien to proceed.

Speak with Yugiri

Go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Yugiri to proceed.

Speak with Hien at the Doman Enclave

Talk to the Mercantile Docks Skipper and say Yes to go to the Doman Enclave. Ride your mount to the quest icon on the map, attune to the Aetheryte, then talk to Hien.

Speak with the Guardsman

Go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to the Kienkan Guardsman. Say Yes to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hien Again

Talk to Hien to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Alisaie

Check on the Exit and say Yes to leave the Kienkan. Then go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Alisaie to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alisaie to accept the next quest: His Forgotten Home. There will be a cutscene.
