This quest is available if you have completed the quest This War of Ours.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Lucia in the Coerthas Western Highlands to begin the quest.

Speak with the People

Go east to the quest icon on the map and talk to Redwald.

Go northwest to the next quest icon and talk to the Lowborn Youth.

Go west to the next quest icon and talk to Rothe.

Speak with Artoirel

Go east and talk to Artoirel to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Emmanellain to accept the next quest: Once More, a Favor.
