Haurchefant asks you to check on Lord Francel, who was seen heading toward the Steel Vigil, an outpost held by the Dravanians, with a small force of knights.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Talk of Coerthas, and have reached level 38.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Haurchefant in Camp Dragonhead in Coerthas Central Highlands to begin the quest.

Search for Francel

Go outside and go north through the archway, then go northeast through the open gate. Make your way north to where the orange arrow is pointing on the minimap. Talk to Francel, then kill the Grand Aevis that appears.

Aid Francel's Knights

Go north and turn right to find an Unfit Knight behind the wall. Talk to her, then go northwest and talk to the Unsettled Knight. Then go west and talk to the Unnerved Knight.

Aid Francel

Go southeast and talk to Francel.

Report to Haurchefant

Go south to Camp Dragonhead and talk to Haurchefant to complete the quest.

After you complete the quest, talk to Haurchefant to accept the next quest: Following the Evidence.
