This page explains how to complete the level 84 Endwalker quest "Returning Home".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Heart of the Matter.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Y'shtola in Mare Lamentorum to begin the quest.

Speak with Thancred at the Nethergate

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Check on the Exit to the Nethergate and say Yes to proceed. Then talk to Thancred to proceed.

Speak with Lucia

You can either teleport to Camp Broken Glass or you can go south to the Exit to Garlemald, check on it and say Yes to proceed, then go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Lucia to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Krile at the Baldesion Annex

Teleport to Old Sharlayan and use the Aetheryte to go to the Baldesion Annex. Enter the building and talk to Krile to proceed.

Wait at the Designated Location

Go to the quest icon and check on the Main Hall Entrance. Say Yes to enter the Main Hall. Check on the sparkling Destination and say Yes to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Ojika Tsunjika

Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Enter the building and talk to Ojika Tsunjika and say Yes to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 85 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 85, talk to Tataru to accept the next quest: Skies Aflame.
