This quest is available if you have completed the quest Meeting with the Resistance.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Meffrid in Quarrymill in the South Shroud to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Albreda

Talk to Albreda to proceed.

Speak with Charline

Cross the nearby bridge and talk to Charline.

Report to Meffrid

Go back across the bridge and talk to Meffrid to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 27 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 27, talk to Meffrid to accept the next quest: Helping Horn.
