The Crystal Exarch has brought you to The Crystarium and will introduce you to the city.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Syrcus Trench.

Starting the Quest

Talk to the Crystal Exarch in The Crystarium to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Attune to the Aetheryte

Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and check on the Aetheryte to attune to it.

Speak with Katliss, Moren, and Bragi

From the Crystarium Aetheryte, turn north and go up the curving staircase. At the top, go counterclockwise until you can go north through the archway to the outside. From there, go to where the northeast orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Katliss. There will be a cutscene.

From here, go northwest and attune to the Aethernet Shard, then use it to go back to the Crystarium Aetheryte Plaza. Then turn north and go into the tunnel. Continue going north and you will find an Aethernet Shard. Attune to it, then go through the nearby doors and go up the spiral staircase that you find near the doors. At the top, talk to Moren and there will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Go back down the stairs and through the door. Use the Aethernet Shard to go back to the Crystarium Aetheryte Plaza. From there, turn south and go through the archway. Continue going south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Bragi and there will be a cutscene.

Find the Crystal Exarch

First, go southeast and attune to the Aethernet Shard there. Then use it to go to the Crystarium Aetheryte Plaza, and from there turn east and go through the archway. Continue going east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Crystal Exarch to hand over the Life in the Crystarium, The Flood of Light, and The Peoples of the First to complete the quest.

After you complete the quest, talk to the Crystal Exarch to accept the next quest: Travelers of Norvrandt.
