This quest is available if you have completed the quest Tendrils of Intrigue.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Ilberd in New Gridania to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Ilberd

Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Ilberd to proceed.

Speak with Ilberd Again

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Ilberd to proceed.

Speak with Ephemie

Enter the Carline Canopy and go down the stairs in the southern part of the building. Talk to Ephemie to proceed.

Report to Ilberd

Go back up the stairs and exit the Carline Canopy via the east door. Talk to Ilberd to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Ilberd to accept the next quest: In Flagrante Delicto.
