Starting the Quest

Talk to Slafborn in Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona to begin the quest.

Speak with Tataru

Go south and enter the Rising Stones.

Present the Uniforms to the Recruits

Go outside. You can speak to the recruits in any order.

For example, go southeast and talk to Yuyuhase (formerly of the Brass Blades) to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go southeast onto the top of the archway and talk to Laurentius to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go north and talk to Ilberd to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go west and talk to Aergmhus (formerly of the Maelstrom) to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go north behind the tents and talk to Ephemie (formerly of the Twin Adder) to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go west and talk to Wilred to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go south and talk to Riol to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Then go south and talk to Alianne to hand over an Ultramarine Uniform.

Speak with Alphinaud

Go south and enter the Rising Stones. Go into the Solar and talk to Alphinaud to proceed. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Minfilia

Talk to Minfilia to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Minfilia to accept the next quest: Traitor in the Midst. There will be a cutscene.
