This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Parting Glass.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Haurchefant at Camp Dragonhead in the Coerthas Central Highlands to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the House Fortemps Guard

Go outside and go clockwise around the building to the quest icon. Talk to the House Fortemps guard to complete the quest. Several cutscenes will play in sequence, but not nearly as long as those in the previous quest. These cutscenes are important, so it is recommended to watch them either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room. Be sure to watch the post-credits scenes as well.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: Coming to Ishgard. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.
