Wheiskaet tells you to go to Bronze Lake and meet Riol to learn the way to defeat Titan.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest In the Company of Heroes.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Wheiskaet in the eastern half of Eastern La Noscea to begin the quest.

Whistle Loudly at the Designated Locations

To reach Upper La Noscea, go northwest to the ferry docks and talk to the Ferry Skipper to go to the western half of Eastern La Noscea. Then go northeast to find the path to Upper La Noscea.

Go west and you will reach a stone walkway in the water. Go along it until you see stairs to the east. Go up the stairs until you find one of the sparkling Destinations. Check on it, then attune to the nearby Aetheryte. First, go north and check on the Destination there, then go south and check on the final one.

Speak with Riol

Go north to the aetheryte, then go up the northeast stairs. When the path splits, go southeast and talk to Riol to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, you will need to be at least level 34 to proceed to the next quest. After you reach level 34, talk to Riol to accept the next quest: Lord of Crags. There will be a cutscene.
