Starting the Quest
Talk to Alphinaud in Mare Lamentorum to begin the quest.
Speak with Alphinaud in the Rising Stones
Teleport to Mor Dhona and go south from the Aetheryte, and click the Rising Stones Entrance to go into the Rising Stones. Talk to Alphinaud to proceed.
Speak with Your Fellow Scions
Talk to each of the five Scions who have quest markers over their heads.
Speak with Tataru
Talk to Tataru to complete the quest.
