Starting the Quest
Talk to Sphene to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.
Speak with Wayakkwe
Talk to Wayakkwe to proceed.
Speak with Shale
Talk to Shale to proceed. There will be a cutscene. Afterward, talk to Shale to proceed, then when you're ready, talk to Shale and say Yes. Afterward, there will be a cutscene.
Clear the Way
Go north and make your way through the tunnel, then enter the purple circle and defeat the two Wandering Thunder Spirits.
Speak with Shale Again
Talk to Shale to proceed. There will be a cutscene.
Speak with Shale Once More
Talk to Shale to complete the quest.
Next Main Scenario Quest
After you complete the quest, talk to Shale to accept the next quest: A Darkness in the Heart.
