Requirements
This quest is available if you have completed the quest My Memories and Yours.
Starting the Quest
Talk to Shale in the Earthen Sky Hideout in Heritage Found to begin the quest.
Speak with Sphene
You can either teleport to the Outskirts, or go south and check on the Exit to return to Heritage Found, then go south to exit the cave, then go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, and talk to Sphene.
Speak with Outskirts Inhabitants
Go to the quest icons on the map and talk to the Neo Regulator-equipped Resident, the Trembling Resident, and Pepoane.
Speak with Sphene Again
Go southwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Sphene. There will be a cutscene.
Speak with Sphene Once More
Talk to Sphene to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.
Next Main Scenario Quest
After you complete the quest, talk to Wuk Lamat to accept the next quest: Preservation their Purpose. There will be a cutscene.
