Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest An End to the Song.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alphinaud in Ishgard to begin the quest.

Speak with Lucia

Go northwest and you can either go up the wooden drawbridge toward the quest icon on the map, or you can use the Brume Aethernet Shard to go to the Forgotten Knight Aethernet Shard. Go through the doors behind Firmalbert and go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Lucia to proceed.

Enter Fortemps Manor

Go outside and use an Aethernet Shard to go to the Last Vigil Aethernet Shard. Talk to the House Fortemps Guard and say Yes to enter Fortemps Manor. There will be a cutscene.

Inquire after Alphinaud

Go outside and use an Aethernet Shard to go to the Forgotten Knight Aethernet Shard. Go east through the doors behind Firmalbert and go to the center of the orange circle on the map and talk to Aymeric to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Aymeric to accept the next quest: Litany of Peace. There will be a cutscene.
