This page explains how to complete the level 80 post-Shadowbringers quest "The Admiral's Resolve".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Like Master, Like Pupil.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alphinaud in the Dravanian Hinterlands to begin the quest.

Speak with Zanthael

Teleport to Limsa Lominsa and go east from the Aetheryte to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Zanthael to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Alphinaud

Go to the quest icon and talk to Alphinaud to proceed.

Speak with the Leaders of Limsa Lominsa's Pirate Powers

Go west to the Aetheryte and use it to go to the Marauders' Guild. Go south into the building, then go southeast up the stairs and go east through the door. Talk to Carvallain to proceed.

Afterward, go west into the building, then northwest down the stairs, then north to the Aethernet Shard. Use it to go to the Aftcastle, then go southwest to the stairs, south up the stairs, then southeast to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Rhoswen to proceed.

Speak with Alphinaud

Go west until you can go northwest to the stairs, then go north to the Aethernet Shard and use it to go to the Limsa Lominsa Aetheryte Plaza. Go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to Alphinaud to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Alphinaud to accept the next quest: The Search for Sicard.
