This quest is available if you have completed the quest Into the Mist.
Starting the Quest
Talk to Krile in Solution Nine to begin the quest.
Speak with Shale
Go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap and talk to the Lift Attendant, and say Yes to proceed.
Go east to the circular room, then go southeast, then south, and talk to Shale to proceed.
Speak with Ojika Tsunjika
Teleport to Old Sharlayan and use the Aetheryte to go to the Baldesion Annex. Go inside the building and talk to Ojika Tsunjika to proceed.
Wait in the Main Hall
Check on the Main Hall Entrance and say Yes. Then check on the sparkling Destination to proceed.
Talk to Tataru
Talk to Tataru to complete the quest.
