In light of the recent events, Hien makes plans in the event of betrayal by the Empire.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Fruits of Her Labor.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hien in the Kienkan in the Doman Enclave to begin the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Rasho

Teleport to Onokoro in the Ruby Sea and go north to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Rasho to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Inspect the Hull

Go north to where the orange arrows are pointing in the minimap. Go just east of the center of the westernmost orange circle on the map and check on the sparkling Suspect Hull Plank. Then go to the center of the other orange circle on the map and check on the sparkling Suspect Hull Plank.

Report to Ihanashi

Get out of the water and go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Ihanashi. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hien

Teleport to the Doman Enclave and go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to the Kienkan Guardsman and say Yes to enter the Kienkan. Talk to Hien to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Hien to accept the next quest: The Primary Agreement.
