Blades in Waiting - Quest Guide

Sphene wishes to check on the state of the outskirts.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Terminal Invitation.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Sphene in Heritage Found to begin the quest.

Speak with Mahuwsa

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap, and talk to Mahuwsa. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Taapu

Go west to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Taapu to proceed.

Search for Gulool Ja

Go south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Go to the center of the orange circle on the map and talk to Gulool Ja. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Gulool Ja

Talk to Gulool Ja to proceed.

Speak with Shale

You can either fly northeast to reach Solution Nine, or teleport to Solution Nine. Use the Aetheryte or an Aethernet Shard to go to Neon Stein, then go southeast and through the door, then go to the quest icon and talk to Tassos, and say Yes to enter the Backroom. Then talk to Shale to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Shale to accept the next quest: The Promise of Tomorrow. There will be a cutscene.
