Enter the Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak to rescue the sylph elder, Frixio, from the many monsters within.

How to Unlock

The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak dungeon is unlocked by the level 24 Main Scenario Quest Into the Beast's Maw.

Arrive at the Confession Chamber

Kill the enemies along the path to open the barriers along the way.

Coeurl O' Nine Tails

The Coeurl O' Nine Tails will periodically cast Acid Mist, inflicting poison on everyone nearby. Ranged players should keep their distance to avoid this. The poison cannot be healed, so healers should ignore it.

Arrive at the Fool's Rest

Kill the enemies along the path to open the barriers along the way.

Another Coeurl O' Nine Tails

This battle goes much the same way as the first, but two Warden's Whips will appear when the Coeurl O' Nine Tails is at about 50% health. Kill them before continuing your attack on the Coeurl O' Nine Tails.

Arrive at the Abacination Chamber

Kill the enemies along the path to open the barriers along the way.

Graffias

If you walk on the edge of the area, you will be inflicted with a Leaden status that slows your movement.

Graffias will periodically cast a line attack called Silkscreen. Players hit with Silkscreen will be knocked back, so be sure to sidestep this.

Graffias will also target random players with Sticky Web, which creates a Fleshy Pod where the targeted player is standing. Fleshy Pods will explode after a time, inflicting poison on those hit by it. Move away from the Fleshy Pods to avoid this.

Graffias will eventually spawn two Comesmites. Kill these before resuming attacks on Graffias.

Graffias sometimes uses Realm Shaker, which damages players who are near Graffias.

When Graffias reaches about 50% health, Graffias's Tail will become targetable. During this time, Graffias may attack with Deadly Thrust. Kill Graffias's Tail, then resume your attacks on Graffias, and repeat the above strategies until Graffias dies.

Completing the Quest

Defeating Graffias will complete one of the quest objectives for the Main Scenario Quest Into the Beast's Maw.
