The Clyteum was once the imperial army's largest manufactory, supplying munitions and war machines to sustain Garlemald's relentless territorial expansion.
How to Unlock
The Clyteum, a 4-player dungeon, is unlocked by the level 100 Main Scenario Quest Two Worlds Entwined.
Eye of the Scorpion
Eyes on Me damages all players. Later in the battle, it is followed by small circle attack markers throughout the area.
Petrifying Beam is a cone attack indicated by a moving attack marker. Stay near the boss, then move to the safe side as the cone attack marker moves.
During Motion Scanning, be sure not to move when the moving line attack marker is passing over you. After this, there will either be a stack attack marker on a player, so other players should stack with the marked player, or each player will be marked with circle attacks that follow them, so be sure not to overlap other players with your circle.
Chort
Ripples of Gloom damages all players.
When the boss casts Mortifying Flesh, don't be in front of it, because it will perform a line attack straight ahead. Then it will roll around outside of the combat area. Keep moving to ensure you are not in front of it, because it will eventually do a line attack back into the combat area. As soon as this second line attack has gone off, go to the center of the area to avoid getting knocked back into the unsafe ring around the combat area.
Basic Vomit is a cone attack in front of the boss.
During Bodyweight Exorcism, tower markers will appear throughout the area. All players should stand in each tower until its attack goes off, in the order that the towers appeared.
Evil Emission marks all players with circle attack markers that follow them. Players should spread apart from each other to avoid overlapping each other with their circles.
Profane Pressure targets a random player with a stack marker. Unmarked players should stack together with the marked player to reduce the damage of the attack.
Malphas
Rubbish Disposal damages all players.
Void Dark hits the entire area in front of the boss, so get behind the boss to avoid the attack.
Scrap Meddle places many line attack markers on the area. Find a safe spot to dodge the attacks.
During Puppet Strings, random piles of scrap around the combat area will have marionette bars above them. The large piles will perform cone attacks across the length of the area. The small piles will perform circle attacks around themselves. Watch for the marionette bars to help dodge the attack.
Gluttonous Wire targets a random player with a stack marker. Unmarked players should stack together with the marked player to reduce the damage of the attack.
Puppet Pair will activate both the small and the large piles of scrap. Stand near a large pile of scrap but don't stand between the two large piles, and keep out of range of the small piles. This is followed by Void Dark, which requires you to quickly run behind the boss.
String Up will place either a ▶️ or a ⏸️ symbol over your head. If you have the ▶️ symbol, keep running around when the countdown finishes. If you have the ⏸️ symbol, stop moving before the countdown finishes.
Puppet Mastery activates the large and small piles of scrap, but they will move around before they perform their attacks. Stay near a large pile, then run out of the way when it stops.
