You can find Yamiyo Shrine northeast of Lookout Landing. There you will be trained in throwing materials.

Shrine Location

Yamiyo Shrine is at 0332, 0470, 0029, which is east of Kyononis Shrine in Hyrule Castle Town Ruins.

Combat Training: Throwing

The Training Construct will tell you to throw materials at it. There are fire fruits that you can pick from the trees, which you can use to throw at the Construct. Follow the on-screen instructions to throw fire fruits. Be sure not to throw your weapon; just throw materials.

The Construct will sometimes shoot arrows at you, so be sure to dodge. After you throw a material at the Construct once, it will move back and forth. Throw a material at it again to complete the training. There are ladders on the back of the platform that the Construct was on, allowing you to collect the Zonai Charge, horn, and weapons that the Construct dropped.

Shrine Reward

The chest at the end of the shrine contains three Bomb Flowers.
