Chork at Tabantha Bridge Stable says his herd of goats has run away, and he can't find the goat feed recipe that Princess Zelda gave him.

Quest Location

After you have started Potential Princess Sightings, talk to Penn at Tabantha Bridge Stable to start the quest.

Find the Goats

You can see a Hylian Pine Cone in the goats' pen, and there is another pine cone in the distance. Keep following the trail of pinecones and you will find the goats, as well as the glass bottle with the recipe in it. Examine the bottle to complete the quest.
