You learn from Garini that Lurelin Village has been taken over by pirates.

How to Start the Quest

Talk to Garini in Lurelin Village to begin the quest. If the quest doesn't start, you may need to complete one of the Regional Phenomena quests first.

Find Rozel

Southeast of Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower, you can find Sifumim Shrine, and just west of the shrine, you will find Rozel. Talk to him to start the quest Ruffian-Infested Village.

Talk to Mubs and Garini

After you talk to Rozel, you can go back to Lookout Landing and talk to Mubs and Garini to complete the quest. If the quest doesn't complete, defeat the pirates in Lurelin Village, then talk to Mubs and Garini again.

Quest Reward

Mubs gives you a Mighty Salt-Grilled Crab.
