Southeast of West Necluda, you find the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower surrounded by thorns.

This tower can be found at 2420, -2758, 0222.

Open the Tower

The tower's entrance is blocked by thorns, but this area has constant rainfall, making it difficult to set the thorns on fire. However, there are plenty of construction materials around, so you can just place some long wooden boards on top of the thorns that are in front of the tower door to block the rain, then use flint or a fire weapon or fire fruit to burn the thorns.

Map the Region

After you destroy the thorns, open the door and examine the terminal to activate the teleport location here. Then step onto the glowing spot in the tower and examine it to be launched upward and map the Rabella Wetlands region.
