You can start this quest by talking to Sasan in Tarm Point Cave.

How to Complete the Quest

You can Fuse a Korok Frond to a weapon and then talk to Sasan to tell him that you will take him across. Stand behind the sail of the raft and swing the weapon to push the raft forward. If you get stuck on the rocks, just wait for the water to rise again, then swing the weapon to go past.

Quest Reward

You will get two Opals for completing the quest.
