The North Hyrule Sky Crystal

In the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago, you receive this quest when you check on the empty shrine.

Quest Location

You can begin this quest by checking on the empty shrine at 0341, 2814, 1821 in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago, which can be reached by launching from the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and gliding slightly south.

How to Complete the Quest

Glide south from the empty shrine to find a Flux Construct I. Approach the Flux Construct I, run away from its attack, then use Ultrahand to pull the glowing cube (a Construct Core) away from its body before it attacks again. When it falls apart, use Ultrahand to move the crystal to safety. Move far away from the Flux Construct to stop it from attacking (or just defeat it first by hitting its glowing cube), then attach the crystal to the floating Zonai platform that has rockets on top. This platform has one rocket attached that is pointing upward. Don't hit it yet. Place other rockets on the platform without attaching them, so that you can attach another rocket after the first one burns out. Hit the platform to make the rocket launch you upward, then attach another rocket, pointing upward at an angle toward the northwest, where the beam is pointing. Once you are over the island, try to carefully drop the crystal onto it. Or you can try to fine-tune your position by attaching more rockets if you have any.

When you have gotten the crystal onto the island, carry it to the end of the beam of light. Mayam Shrine will appear.
