Mayam Shrine is located at 0341, 2814, 1821 in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago and can be reached by launching from the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and gliding slightly south.
How to Unlock the Shrine
Follow the instructions on The North Hyrule Sky Crystal to open the shrine.

Open the chest in the shrine and you will receive a Magic Rod.
