You can start the quest Moshapin Shrine in Lake Intenoch Cave, at 2680, 1902, 0131.

How to Complete the Quest

There is a Hydrant and a Fan on the side of the cave with the shrine crystal. Use the Hydrant to make a platform in the lava, then attach the Fan to the back of the platform, and attach the Shrine Crystal to the platform. Rotate the platform so that it will go toward the side of the falling lava on the other side of the lava lake. When you are near the falling lava, detach the shrine crystal and place it on the shore of the lava lake, then go to where you put the crystal. Then you can carry it the rest of the way to the shrine.
