Russ is worried about Selmie, the Duchess of Downhill, who went missing while creating a new shield surfing course.

Quest Location

Go to Selmie's Spot, northwest of Hebra Peak in the Hebra Mountains, and go into the cabin and talk to Russ to start the quest.

How to Complete the Quest

Russ says that Selmie went to Biron Snowshelf. When you go to that area, you can see a smoke signal, so go to it and talk to Fin, who was looking for Selmie.

While standing near Fin's campfire, look around for a Blupee on the ground. It will lead you to East Biron Snowshelf Cave, where you can break down a wall of rock to find Selmie. Then break down the other wall of rock in the cave and talk to Selmie, and she will go back to Selmie's Spot.

Quest Reward

Selmie gives you a Strong Zonaite Shield, and you can talk to Selmie to go shield surfing at her new course.
