Cave Features

The first time you visit, go north to the bars and step on the switch to free Elmerson. You will get 50 rupees.

After he departs, go down the west corridor, and use Ultrahand to pull the treasure chest toward you. Set it on the floor switch to open the bars so you can reach the chest.

If you go back through this corridor, you see another corridor across the way. Climb up to enter it. At the dead end, look up to see the Bubbulfrog.

Now you can use Ascend to get back to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.
