Morok Shrine can be found in the Lanayru Wetlands, southeast of Wetland Stable.

Shrine Location

Morok Shrine is located at 1179, -0778, 0133 in the Lanayru Wetlands. It is southeast of the Wetland Stable.

A Bouncy Device

There is a column rising and falling up ahead. Stand on it to be launched upward, then glide forward to the ledge. Here you will find a spring. Stand on it and swing a weapon to activate it. It will launch you upward. Glide forward to the next area.

Here you find another spring, and a floor switch that an orb can go into. There are some angled parts of the floor, and in the distance, you can see an orb on a ledge. Pick up the spring and drop it into the middle of the two angled piece of the floor, such that the top of the spring is pointing toward the ledge with the orb. Then stand in front of the spring and hit it. You will be launched over to the side with the orb.

There is a spring here, and some angled parts of the floor, as well as the orb. Notice that there is a groove in the middle of the angled floor. Place the spring in the middle of the angled parts of the floor so that the top of it is lined up with the groove. Then place the orb on the spring so that the orb is in that groove. Hit the spring to launch the orb to the other side. It will roll into the floor switch, opening the bars.

Hit the spring to reset it, then stand in front of it and hit it to be launched back to the other side.

Go through where the bars opened, and take out the two stacked springs. Go to the third spring (the one that you used to launch yourself to the side where the orb was), hit it to reset it, then attach it to the top of the two stacked springs. Place the stack near the wall that leads up to the end of the shrine, then climb on top of it, and hit it. On your way up, you will see a chest. Open it to get Sneaky Elixir.

Then use the springs again to go up to the end of the shrine. Check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
