Kumamayn Shrine is on a sky island in the East Necluda Sky, above the Stinger Cliffs.
Shrine Location
Kumamayn Shrine is located at 2855, -2856, 1212. You can get there by launching from the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and gliding east. Use the Zonai devices in the area to reach the shrine. Then check on the shrine to start the quest The Necluda Sky Crystal. Complete that quest to open the shrine.
