After you start the quest Potential Princess Sightings!, you can talk to Penn at Riverside Stable, 0385, -1043, 0016, to start this quest.

Help Gotter

Talk to Gotter, who is behind the stable. Ask him what's going on. He hasn't seen them cross the Owlan Bridge, so cross the bridge. You will find the camp site next to the road, at 0537, -1186, 0016. Read the book next to the cookpot to see the recipe: raw meat, Hylian rice, and rock salt. Cook those three ingredients to get a Meat and Rice Bowl, then talk to the person next to the tree and hand over the meal. This completes the quest.

Quest Reward
