| Agent | This job is only available to special unit Al-Cid Margrace, who can only be recruited after completing the main game. Complete the quest A Dashing Duel, then check the notices in the pub and go to Targ Wood to get him to join. |
| Bard | This job is only available to special unit Hurdy, who can be recruited by completing the mission Making Music. |
| Dancer | This job is only available to special unit Penelo, who can be recruited by completing the mission Pirate Problems, then going to Fluorgis. |
| Heritor | This job is only available to Adelle after you have completed the quest Through Another's Eyes and have gone to Lezaford's cottage in Aldanna Range, then gone to Zedlei Forest. Read Learning Heritor Abilities for more information. |
| Sky Pirate | This job is only available to special unit Vaan, who can be recruited by completing the mission Pirate Problems, then going to Fluorgis. |
