Taunhiy Shrine can be found in the Hyrule Ridge Sky. You will be trained in archery there.

Shrine Location

Taunhiy Shrine is located above Thundra Plateau, at -2400, 0824, 0615.

Combat Training: Archery

Use one of the bows to the left of the stairs to shoot the training construct. You can glide up on the updrafts from the fans and aim your bow to slow time.
