Sepapa Shrine is northeast of Lookout Landing, on the island east of Hyrule Castle.

Shrine Location

Sepapa Shrine is located at 0222, 1085, 0028, on the island east of Hyrule Castle. It can be reached by going northeast from Lookout Landing.

Backtrack

Walk onto the moving platform and use Recall on it to go up to the ledge above you.

Pick up the torch on the floor if you don't have a torch, then stand on the wooden board that floats across the water. Use the torches in the middle of the water to light your torch, then set fire to the leaves on the other side of the water to make the treasure chest fall down. The chest contains a Construct Bow.

Now stand on the wooden platform when it is near, and use Recall on it to send it back to the other side, and light your torch as you go past. Don't deactivate Recall yet—if you do, the torch will go out. Use your lit torch to light the torches next to the bars, then deactivate Recall if you wish.

In the next area, there is a door blocked by bars. At the side of the room, there is an orb and two floor switches. Take the orb and place it in the floor switch next to the platform that the orb was on. Leave it there for a moment, then pick it up and place the orb in the next floor switch, which is lower down. Go through the first set of bars and use Recall on the orb, then go up to the next set of bars and wait for them to open when Recall puts the orb back into the first floor switch. Go through. Then check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
