Start this quest by talking to Mezer at Bedrock Bistro in the Eldin Canyon area.

How to Complete the Quest

Put a fan on the back of a nearby mine cart and ride east on the tracks to go into East Restaurant Cave. At the end of this cave, you find a number of Rock Roasts. You only need one, so attach one to the cart and turn it around to go back to the Bistro. Detach it and put it on the counter next to Cooke.
