Mayak Shrine is in the East Deplian Badlands, northwest of Death Mountain.

Shrine Location

Mayak Shrine is located at 1270, 3733, 0106, which is northwest of Death Mountain, in the East Deplian Badlands.

Timely Catches

Notice the glowing switch in the first part of the area. If you hit it, a platform with a button on it slides over, then back.

Stand on the column that is rising and falling, and glide onto the ledge with the large stone orb. Place the orb in the ramp, then go back to the glowing switch. Hit it just as the orb starts falling downward from the end of the ramp. Then use the rising and falling column to glide to the bars that opened, and go through.

There is another glowing switch here. It moves a platform with a button on it, and it stays in place for slightly longer than the one in the previous area. Before you use it, go to the rising and falling column and stand on it, then glide to the treasure chest that is hanging from a rope above the pool of water in the corner. Shoot it down with an arrow. It contains a Large Zonai Charge.

Then go back to the rising and falling column, and let it send you to the upper area. You will find another column. Stand on it to go up to the top of the room, where there is another orb and ramp. Put the orb in the ramp, but when it is almost at the end of the ramp, use Recall on it to make it go in reverse, to give yourself time to reach the glowing switch. While the orb is still going in reverse, fall down below, holding the dive button, and glide onto the ledge with the glowing switch. Then face the switch, but look upward, and press the cancel button to turn off the Recall effect on the orb. Watch for the orb to fall, and when it has reached the last of the lights on the wall, hit the switch to move the platform just in time for the orb to hit it. Go through the bars that opened, and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
