Kisinona Shrine is located at 2567, 1245, 0173, in the Eldin Canyon area, overlooking Foothill Stable.

Wind Power

There is a treasure chest on a ledge. You can place a fan at the base of the ledge and hit it to turn it on, then jump and glide in the updraft from the fan to glide up to the treasure chest. The chest contains a random Construct Bow.

Attach the two fans to the circular object in the middle of the room such that they are on opposite sides of the circle and are pointing left or right. Hit a fan and they will both turn on, and if you placed them correctly, the fans will make the circular object spin, and they will also activate the weather vanes around the circle, which will open the bars. Go through and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
