Gatanisis Shrine is on the cliff between Ulria Grotto and Knuckel Island in the Akkala Highlands.

Gatanisis Shrine is at 4498, 0825, 0095 in the Akkala Highlands, between Ulria Grotto and Knuckel Island.

A Well-Timed Bounce

In this shrine, there is an orb that falls onto a spring platform. There is a chest above the spring platform. To reach it, stand near where the orb lands on the spring, then use Recall on the orb, quickly jump onto the orb, and let it carry you back up above. Then you can glide to the chest, which contains five bomb flowers.

Then go back down, and wait for an orb to roll off of the end of the spring platform and disappear into the pit below. At that time, use Recall on the spring platform. If timed correctly, the reversed spring platform will launch the orb upward as it reaches the end of the platform, sending it up into the glowing target above. This will open the bars to the end of the shrine.

To reach the end of the shrine after you open the bars, stand on the small side platform of the spring platform and use Recall on the spring platform. It will launch you upward so that you can glide to where the bars were. Go through and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
